Flange Mount 3-Axis Load Cell 0-100kN Through Hole Multi-axis Force Sensor
Multi-axis load cell F3T is a stainless-steel-based force sensing device engineered for high-precision three-dimensional force measurement along the Fx, Fy, and Fz axes. As a high-performance triaxial load cell, it adopts a rigid flange-to-flange mounting structure that enhances structural stiffness, simplifies mechanical installation, and ensures stable load transfer even under complex and dynamic loading conditions. The robust mechanical design helps minimize unwanted deformation and improves overall measurement reliability. With high bridge resistance of 700 ohms and 1400 ohms, the sensor achieves reduced power consumption while maintaining excellent signal stability, improved noise immunity, and consistent output performance in demanding industrial and laboratory environments.
The 3-axis force sensor is available in multiple rated capacity combinations, including 5kN-5kN-20kN, 10kN-10kN-40kN, 20kN-20kN-60kN, and 30kN-30kN-100kN, covering a wide range of medium to heavy-duty testing requirements. Each unit is individually calibrated and supplied with an in-house calibration certificate to ensure high accuracy, strong repeatability, and full traceability throughout its service life. The Multi-axis force sensor F3T is also designed with flexibility in mind, allowing customization for specialized applications.
